1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using S-Tier Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use S-Tier Platform for personal or commercial facility management purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, or distribute our software, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
S-Tier Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
